This trust arises under the will dated August 24, 1924, a copy of which is hereto annexed, of Charles S. Abele, who died February 7, 1941, whereby in Item Fourth testator gave his residuary estate to his executors, in trust, “to invest and reinvest the same during the lives of my brothers, Robert J., Joseph B., and Julian F.
