LATTIMORE, Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Bell County sentencing appellant to twenty years in the penitentiary for murder.
There are many matters raised in the record which will not be discussed by us because same will likely not occur upon another trial.
By proper bill of exceptions it is made to appear that a motion was duly made to quash the venire because the names of a number of special veniremen which were drawn by the officer charged with that duty, were not placed on the venire list but were discarded for what were deemed sufficient reasons by the trial…
