By the bill in this case, the complainant Mrs. Fleurette B. Cavanna sought the specific performance of a contract for the sale of a house and lot located on Yentnor avenue, in Yentnor City. On March 7th, 1923, she agreed, in writing, to purchase the property in question from a Mr. and Mrs. Haley, residents of Titusville, Pennsylvania, for a consideration of $19,500.
