Presently before the Court1 is a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 29) filed by Defendant Silgan White Cap Americas, LLC (“Defendant” or “Silgan”). Plaintiff James M. Yanoski (“Plaintiff’ or ‘Yano-ski”) asserts discrimination and retaliation claims against Defendant for allegedly terminating his employment based on his muscular dystrophy.
