State v. Feole
Supreme Court of New Hampshire
1Opinion of the CourtKing, J.
The defendant appeals from his conviction for criminal solicitation to commit aggravated assault (RSA 629:2) on the ground that certain evidence introduced at trial was obtained as the result of an unlawful stop and illegal search of the defendant’s automobile. The defendant also argues that the charge given by the Trial Court (Contas, J.) was confusing and prejudicial. We reject the defendant’s arguments and affirm the conviction.
