The appellee brought this action against the appellant to recover an alleged indebtedness on a lease agreement for the use of a copying machine, and the trial court granted its motion for summary judgment for actual damages in the amount of $2,288.21, plus attorney fees in the amount of $253.82. The appellant’s breach of the lease agreement was established by its failure to respond to certain requests for admissions propounded by the appellee.
