Steven Swafford appeals from a judgment determining that he does not have standing to seek a judicial declaration that Ruben Myers, deceased, was his biological father. We affirm.

On October 27, 2005, Ruben Myers executed a will leaving his entire estate to his sister, Nell Myers Norton, and naming his brother-in-law, Kenneth E. Norton, as the executor of his estate. Ruben died almost three weeks later, on November 15, 2005. On January 12, 2006, Ruben's will was admitted to probate and the Cleburne Probate Court issued letters testamentary to Kenneth E. Norton.
