OPINION
VAUGHN, President Judge.
The defendant is charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver a Non-Narcotic Schedule I Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Vehicle for Keeping Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting Arrest. He moves to suppress evidence seized by the police in connection with the drag charges.
