Magee, and Phyllis Magee (collectively "the Parrs") (case 1920723), and the Solid Waste Authority of Etowah County ("SWA") (case 1920724), appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company ("Goodyear").
