Official Referee. The above is one of twelve separate actions brought by home owners in the city of Mount Ver*379non against the same defendants, above named. These actions were consolidated and tried as one. In each of the said actions it is sought to reform the deed conveying the property in question and for an injunction preventing the erection of any apartment or tenement building upon property adjoining that of the plaintiff, and it is also sought to impose an equitable restriction against the erection of any such apartment or tenement house.
