| ]The plaintiff, Dena Romero, appeals from the judgment of the workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) awarding her penalties and attorney fees for her employer’s failure to timely reimburse her mileage expenses, but denying her penalties and attorney fees for its failure to authorize medical treatment. For the following rea*454sons, we reverse in part, render in part, affirm in part, and dismiss in part.
