On November 2, 1932, Leslie B. Crawford executed a written application for a life insurance policy in the appellant company and delivered the same to Harold Seas, general agent for the company, who sent it to the home office of the company at Springfield. The policy as applied for was issued, and on or about November 12, 1932, Seas received from the company the policy, dated November 10,1932.
