The plaintiff, the Chapter 7 trustee of the estate of Tax Reduction Institute, sought in Counts V and VI of his complaint to recover from W. Murray Bradford certain post-petition payments to Bradford from the debtor. Although these transfers occurred during the so-called “gap period” between the date of filing of the involuntary petition commencing the debtor’s Chapter 7 case and the date of entry of the order for relief, the payments are nevertheless recoverable as unauthorized…
