*16This is an action, by notice of motion, by the city of Richmond against the board of supervisors of the county of Henrico for the sum of $6,505.60 alleged to be due to the plaintiff by the defendant on account of charges for certain sewer connections made with the sewer system of the city and certain annual charges for the use of the city’s sewer system, by those residents of the county of Henrico making such connections and enjoying such annual use of the city’s system.
