In this summary proceeding, an order has been entered awarding the landlord possession of the rented premises as well as a money judgment for $685, representing the cost of certain electrical repairs. Both parties have appealed, by permission of the Appellate Division, to us — the tenants, from the order dispossessing them and directing a judgment for $685; the landlord, from so much of the order as denied recovery for sewer rents, levied against the premises and paid by the landlord.
