ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.
This antitrust case comes to us on appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendants. Plaintiff, the City of Mount ' Pleasant, Iowa,1 alleges that defendants, a group of related corporations which comprise part of a rural electric cooperative, violated Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1-2, and Section 2(a) of the Clayton Act, as amended by the Robinson-Patman Price Discrimination Act, 15 U.S.C. § 13(a).
