On June 8, 2004, Petitioner Genowefa Zaranksa (“Zaranska”) filed a petition with the Court pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1447(b), requesting that the Court adjudicate her application for naturalization or remand the application to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (the “CIS”) for adjudication.
