This action was brought by Heather Amro to recover for personal injuries sustained in a traffic accident. Following the failure to comply with two discovery deadlines, the defendant, Charles Bellamy, was barred from testifying at the arbitration of this case pursuant to the trial court’s order. Though present at the arbitration proceeding, Bellamy did not testify. An arbitration award of $15,000, plus costs, was entered in favor of the plaintiff. Defendant moved to reject the award.
