INTRODUCTION
Micaela Martegani (“Martegani”) commenced the above-captioned action, in 2008, alleging Cirrus Design Corporation (“Cirrus”), and East End Aviation (“East End”) (collectively, “the defendants”), were responsible for a plane crash, which resulted in the death of Martegani’s husband, Ivano [redacted] ([redacted] ). 2 Martegani proceeds individually, and as the natural guardian and mother of [redacted] (“the minor child”), 3 her minor child.
