These consolidated cases come on for decision this 23rd day of December, 1975.
By way of background, it should be remembered that on August 14, 1975, the Court conducted an evidentiary hearing in Case No. 75 — C-319 on plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Or der, during the course of which the Court, on its own motion, personally visited and saw in actual operation the defendant Bank of Oklahoma’s CBCT located in the Resource Sciences Corporation parking lot at 6700 South Yale Avenue in the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
