Diane McCormick, a guidance counselor in the East Longmeadow public schools, appeals from a final order of the Labor Relations Commission (commission) dismissing her challenge to the validity of agency fees 1 demanded by her exclusive bargaining representative, East Longmeadow Education Association (association). We transferred the case from the Appeals Court on our own motion.
