This is the second appearance of this cause here. Robertson v. Copeland (Miss.) 97 So. 2d 512. Mrs. Laverne D. Robertson had sued Dr. E. A. Copeland to recover damages for his alleged malpractice in performing on her a complete hysterectomy. At the close of the evidence for the plaintiff, the trial court sustained a requested peremptory instruction for the defendant.
