Following jury trial, Joseph R. Wilson (“Defendant”) was convicted of murder in the first degree, § 565.020, RSMo 2000, and armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 2000, and sentenced to life imprisonment on both counts, with the sentences to be served consecutively.
