BAUER, Circuit Judge.

Timothy W. Spence pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute marijuana, conspiracy to conduct financial transactions with drug proceeds, and criminal contempt. He challenges the judgment and sentence. We affirm.

I. Background

On January 13, 2004, the grand jury issued a superseding indictment charging Spence with three drug-related counts. Count One charged him with conspiracy to distribute marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(l)(B)(vii), 846, and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
