West, J.:

The state, on the relation of the county attorney, sought to enjoin the collection of taxes levied for the rural high school located at Turón, Kan., which had been organized under chapter 284 of the Laws of 1917, and to disorganize such rural high-school district. It was alleged that a petition to disorganize had been presented to the board and that consideration thereof was refused.
