Rockstone Capital LLC (“Rockstone”) appeals from an order entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (the “Bankruptcy Court”) in the bankruptcy proceeding of debtor Keith Bub (“Bub” or “debt- or”). By Order dated July 22, 2013, the Honorable Robert E. Grossman denied Rockstone’s motion objecting to the priority of a claim filed by debtor’s former spouse, Alisa Metal (“Metal”).
