Petitioner represents that in the case of Commercial National Bank v. Jackson Bros., defendant Teutonia Insurance Company was attempted to be cited in garnishment. The petition alleged “that the Teutonia Fire Insurance Company of New Orleans was indebted to defendants, and cited them in garnishment. The citation, of course, corresponded with the petition, citing the Teutonia Fire Insurance Company.
