This is an appeal from a final decree in admiralty, by the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, dismissing the libel of the appellant.
The suit was brought by appellant, to recover damages alleged to have been sustained with respect to a shipment of sugar on the steamship “Wildcroft,” from Cuba to Philadelphia. The libelant was consignee of the sugar.
