OPINION OF THE COURT

POMEROY, Justice.

Kenneth L. Green, the appellant, was adjudged guilty in a non-jury trial of murder in the second degree and of *560carrying a firearm on a public street. Motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were denied and appellant was sentenced to a term of one to ten years imprisonment for murder; sentence on the firearms violation was suspended. This direct appeal from the judgment of sentence imposed on the murder conviction followed.

Two principal issues are presented by appellant. Finding no merit in either of them, we will affirm the judgment of sentence.
