§ 101. Cancellation of policy of fire insurance; rules relating to; case stated. Plaintiff in error insured the house of defendants in error for $600, issuing a policy known as the “farm instalment policy,” the time covered by the policy being from May 1, 1882, to October 1, 1882.'
