This case presents yet another application of the doctrine of res judicata. In this instance, the question arises in an action for contribution between joint tortfeasors brought by appellants against appellees in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. Having determined that appellants’ action was barred by res judicata, which had been asserted by special plea, the court (Bowie, J.) granted appellee’s motion for summary judgment.
