Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing his personal injury action against defendant, Pioneer Asphalt, Inc., as barred by the statute of limitations. This is the second action that plaintiff has filed against defendant for the same injury, and he filed it after the first action was, likewise, dismissed as barred by the statute of limitations.
