SPINDEN, Judge.

L.C. appeals the juvenile court’s judgment to terminate her rights to parent her two daughters, F.A.C. and S.L.C. She contends that the juvenile court erred in permitting the Division of Family Services (DFS) to participate as a party and that the juvenile court improperly denied her request for prepayment of pretrial discovery depositions which prevented her complete preparation for trial.
