*98¶1 The State charged Allen Ray Jackson with first degree assault,1 Count I, and first degree burglary,2 Count II, each with a firearm enhancement.3 The jury found him guilty of both counts, with firearm enhancements. The trial court calculated Jackson’s offender score as “8” for the assault, with a standard range of 209 to 277 months, and “10” for the burglary, with a standard range of 87 to 116 months.
