LANDRY, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing and rejecting the demand of defendant-wife for permanent alimony upon the granting of a final divorce to plaintiff-husband more than a year and sixty days following rendition of judgment of separation a mensa et thoro previously granted appellant.

In the court below judgment was rendered January 24, 1962, in favor of plaintiff-husband (said date being the day of trial of his action) decreeing an absolute divorce between the parties litigant. At this same time the trial court took under advisement defendant’s reconventional demand for…
