YARRUT, Judge.

Plaintiff obtained a judgment of divorce from Defendant after a voluntary separation of two years. In a subsequent rule for permanent alimony his wife was awarded $200.00 per month. In addition, the husband was ordered to pay a $95.00 monthly installment on the mortgage note against the community home in which the wife resides with the proviso that, when the community is partitioned, the alimony would be increased to $250.00 per month because Plaintiff’s obligation to pay the mortgage would have terminated.
