Introduction
The issue before the court is presented by Lumbermen’s Mutual Casualty Compa ny’s (“Lumbermen’s”) Motion for Summary Judgment on the Set-Off Claim [Doc. 50-1]. Roberds, Inc., the Debtor (“Roberds” or the “Debtor”), was insured under a Commercial Crime policy issued by Lumbermen’s.
