This matter is before the court on Defendant Pretika Corporation’s (“Pretika”) motion to stay this litigation pending the ex parte reexamination of numerous claims of United States Patent No. 7,320,691 (“the '691 patent”) by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”).
