Having considered the submissions of the parties, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
Appellees’ Motion to Dismiss is granted and the appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
Appellants appealed from a February 3, 1983 order of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida staying proceedings before it until conclusion of a reexamination by the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) of appellants’ U.S. Patent No. 4,053,845.
