Clark, Judge.

This appeal is from convictions in which the accused was tried upon two indictments. One of these indictments charged appellant jointly with his wife and a third individual with the crime of aiding and abetting Steven Ward Parks in an unlawful sale of a contraband drug in violation of the Georgia Drug Abuse Control Act. The other indictment arose out of the first in that appellant alone was charged with possession of a pistol during the commission of the crime.
