The appellant herein and plaintiff below, James R. Collins [hereinafter refeiTed to as “Mr. Collins”], appeals from orders entered by the Circuit Court of Putnam County on June 4,1999, and August 25, 1999. In the first order, the circuit court awarded the appellee herein and defendant below, Susan A.
