BACKGROUND
On November 9, 2010, Willie W. Wallace and Janice M. Wallace (the “Debtors”), filed a petition initiating a Chapter 7 case, and Raja N. Sekharan, Esq. was appointed as their Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”).
