This is an action on the case to recover damages for alleged negligence in erroneously transmitting a telegram filed by the plaintiff with defendant, by means of which the plaintiff alleges that he was deprived of the benefit of a contract of employment. The case was tried before the circuit judge, without a jury, and, after filing written findings of fact and conclusions of law, a judgment was rendered thereon in favor of the plaintiff for *505$508 damages, whereupon certain amendments were proposed by the defendant to such preliminary findings of fact and conclusions of law, and the circuit…
