This appeal arises from a judgment of the Superior Court confirming an arbitration award received by the parties on January 3, 1984. We affirm the judgment.

I. Parties and Background.

The arbitration arose out of the construction of the Worcester Civic Center (project), a twelve-thousand seat, multipurpose arena in Worcester.
