OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW
THOMAS G. DAVIS, Judge.
Appellant was charged by two indictments with the offense of attempted capital murder. Each indictment was enhanced by two prior felony convictions. The cases were joined for trial before a jury. The jury found appellant guilty of both offenses, found the enhancement allegations true, and assessed punishment at life imprisonment for each offense.
