Complaint by Mabel F. Buttolph in five paragraphs against appellants, Edson F. Folsom and his wife, Mary C. Folsom, to quiet title to certain real estate. The first paragraph alleged that plaintiff and Edson F. Folsom, hereafter designated as appellant, were the sole and only children and heirs of Mary E. R.
