ELDER, Judge.

Michael John Canipe (appellant) appeals his conviction of second degree murder. He contends (1) that the trial court erred when it prohibited him from offering testimony and making arguments regarding the crime of “hit and run”; (2) that the trial court erred when it excluded the testimony of a potential witness regarding the victim’s character for aggression; and (3) that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he was guilty of murder. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
