HIGGINS, Justice.
This is an action by the alleged owners of 86.60 acres of land in Acadia Parish, Louisiana, to have three deeds or links in the chain of their title reformed so as to correctly set forth the description of their property. The main defenses in the district court were that there was not mutual error and that the description of the property in the sheriff’s deed sought to be reformed was so indefinite and uncertain that the property could not be located and therefore the sale to the plaintiffs’ ancestor in title was an absolute nullity.
