Following a plea agreement, Crystal Irons pled guilty to second degree murder. At sentencing the trial court *475erroneously sentenced her for using a dangerous weapon during the commission of a crime of violence in addition to second degree murder. The court subsequently corrected this mistake, but Irons was not present at that hearing. She now appeals her sentence, arguing that she was required to be present at the subsequent hearing correcting her sentence and that the trial court abused its discretion in sentencing her to twenty-five years for…
