Appellant/Cross-Appellee Efrain Rivera, M.D. appeals from the trial court’s denial of his motion to dismiss the health care liability suit brought by Appellee/Cross-Appellant Anita Loweree. 1 Specifically, Dr. Rivera argues the trial court abused its discretion in denying the motion because Ms. Loweree did not serve upon him or his attorney a Tex.Civ.Prac. & Rem.
